Sick Visits
$250/ visit
In-Home Sick Visits! These visits are available to non-members. We usually have same or next day availability. Some issues can be managed over the phone, but in-home visits are always an option. This price includes Flu/COVID testing, strep testing, urinalysis through dip-stick, ordering and discussing any other labs that may be needed, ordering imaging, ordering any medications that might be needed, or any referrals that may be needed.
School/Sports Physical
$300/ visit
We offer in-office or in home sports or school physicals for non-members. Please note that these visits are to complement the regular well visits with your primary pediatrician, not replace them. We recognize that many pediatricians operating within the insurance framework may not be able to accommodate same- or next-day physicals, especially when you require one before the week's end. In such cases, our services are perfect. We will examine your child, assessing their readiness for participation. We will order any necessary laboratory tests through Quest Diagnostics. Subsequently, we will contact you to discuss the results of these tests. It's important to mention that this type of visit does not include vaccinations or address chronic health conditions.
Attention and Focus Evaluation and Treatment
$150/mo
Finding the right doctor to help diagnose, understand, and treat your child's attention and hyperactivity concerns can be difficult. We at Blooming Bright will walk with you through this process. We will discuss both medications and non-medication options for your child including diet, exercise, sleep, parenting, supplements, and more. We will continue monthly until your child is no longer on medications, or until we have found a great alternative regimen for your child and your family. Our initial visit is in our Lithia office or in your home, thereafter we can do telehealth as an option as well.
Medical Weight Care - Children & Adults
$300/ month
Obesity can be a symptoms of another illness, or is a chronic illness in itself that affects both adults and children, and often times it affects multiple members of one family. At Blooming Bright Pediatrics, we understand the best way to treat our children with obesity is to involve the entire family. We will start with a FREE Meet & Greet. If Blooming Bright is a good fit for you and you decide to join our weight care program, we will first determine the CAUSE of your family member's obesity - the most common causes are anxiety, depression, ADHD, or metabolic imbalance. We then continue to treat the cause with medications if needed and lifestyle changes. We meet weekly to support you and your family through this process. You will have access to your doctor for any questions that come up along the way. Obesity medications are not included in the fees. We can prescribe to your pharmacy, or can order for you through our FDA approved and 3rd party certified compounding pharmacy.
Mental Health Care
$150/ month
Mental health challenges can be so common, especially during adolescence. At Blooming Bright Pediatrics, we are here for your family. We can prescribe medications to help with depression, anxiety, OCD, and ADHD and guide your family through these emotional and medical challenges. These fees include all visits with your provider at Blooming Bright. Other than the initial visit, check ins can be in person, via telehealth, and we are always available via text. The fee does not include therapy, but we can help you find the right fit for your child and family.
Adolescent Health
$150/ visit
At Blooming Bright, we understand that finding reproductive health care for teenagers can be challenging. Whether you’re teen is concerned with menstrual issues, seeking safe sex advice, interested in testing for infections, or exploring birth control options, we're here to support you every step of the way
Second Opinions
$350/ visit
We offer second opinions regarding many common and chronic pediatric illnesses. Our fee includes review of all necessary medical records, an in-home physical exam, and ordering/follow up with any additional images, labs, or specialists needed. If specialty-care visits are needed, we can accompany you for an additional fee. Please call us to discuss if we might be helpful for you.
Ear Piercing
$150/ visit
We offer medical ear piercing with sterile, 1-time use equipment. For our older children, we can even pierce both ears at the same time! We also offer piercing parties for your private event or a business event. Price includes 1 set of medical grade earrings.
