Blooming Bright Pediatrics & Family Wellness is a membership-based practice in Lithia, Florida, caring for children from birth through adulthood — and, now, for the adults who love them. We don't bill insurance for primary care. We don't run on copays, waiting rooms, or fifteen-minute slots. We run on real relationships, thirty- to sixty-minute visits, and a doctor who texts you directly. Care happens where it works best for your family — in our office on Churchview, in your home, or over a call from the couch where the baby finally fell asleep.
From newborns to adolescents — well visits, sick visits, immunizations, asthma, allergies, eczema, ADHD assessment and treatment, autism evaluation, mental health support, sports and camp physicals, ear piercing, minor laceration repair, and the hundred quiet questions in between.

We don't believe in keeping families waiting forty-five minutes for a fifteen-minute visit. Every appointment at Blooming Bright is thirty to sixty minutes long. Same-day and next-day visits are the standard, not the exception. You will not feel rushed. You will not feel like a number. You will feel heard.
A doctor you can actually reach
Concerns rarely keep office hours. As a member, you have direct access to Dr. Jess by text, phone, or email — not a nurse line, not a portal, not an answering service. The doctor who knows your child is the one who picks up.
Honest, transparent care
One flat membership fee. No copays. No surprise bills. Whether we see you once this month or every day this month, the price is the same — everything done in our office is included. For labs, imaging, specialists, and anything outside our walls, your insurance still works the way it normally does.

We are a concierge Direct Primary Care practice redefining what family care can be.
As a board-certified pediatrician, obesity medicine specialist, parenting expert,
and mom of two, Dr. Jess is on a mission to help families feel known, cared for,
and never rushed — across every age she sees.
She believes healthcare should be accessible, personal, and built around your family.
That's why her patients have 24/7 direct access to her — whether it's a medical question at midnight, parenting advice during a meltdown, or support navigating a hospital stay
or specialist appointment.
She takes a whole-child, whole-family approach, assessing nutrition, sleep, behavior, activity, and habits to help every patient thrive — including children with ADHD, autism, or other beautifully neuro-sparkly brains, and the adults who love them.
Because your child deserves more than a ten-minute appointment. And so do you.
WHAT IS CONCIERGE PEDIATRIC CARE?
We offer office, telehealth, or in-home visits for a monthly membership fee. Your membership allows you full unlimited access to your doctor for same or next day appointments, Telehealth, and most importantly for you to have the type of pediatrician your family deserves. We are your local small town doctors in our modern world! We do not take insurance, but your insurance may reimburse you for our services depending on your out of network plan. Most HSA/FSA plans can be used as well.
We do offer financial assistance. There are a limited number of financial assistance spots available to families with an annual household income of less than $60,000. If you would like to apply, please click here.

*Vaccines are included, based on availability. Sometimes we have to schedule "vaccine days" in order to meet suppliers minimum vaccine order requirements. Sometimes vaccines may have to be obtained at another office.

For those that don't want to come to us for all their pediatric needs, but do want us to manage ADHD, Anxiety, or Depression. These prices DO NOT include prescription costs.
ONE TIME VISIT: SPORTS/SCHOOL PHYSICAL
Same or next day sports physical or school physical. You're child will still need to see their primary pediatrician for all other care.
ONE TIME VISIT: SICK VISIT
If you are not a member, but need an urgent care or sick visit, we are happy to see you at our one time fee.
ADOLESCENT CARE
For those struggling with menstrual problems, concerns regarding safe sex, and wanting to discuss birth control options, we are here for you.. These prices DO NOT include prescription costs.
MEDICAL WEIGHT CARE: CHILDREN & ADULTS
We understand the best way to treat our children with obesity is to involve the entire family. We offer comprehensive lifestyle plans and medications when needed. These prices DO NOT include prescription costs.
